Meghan Markle<\/a> could be forced to consider her next move after the five-year Netflix<\/a> deal she signed with Prince Harry<\/a> in 2020 is not set to be renewed.<\/a> It has been widely reported this week that the deal, which is reportedly worth \u00a378million [$100m], will not be continued when it comes to an end in September.<\/p>\n

While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who quit royal life and moved to America in 2020, have other sources of income, it is possible that Meghan could finally consider writing her own tell-all memoir.<\/a> While the duchess, 43, has not hinted at this, it was reported by an inside source last year that Meghan has been offered \u201cmillions\u201d for a biography by publishing companies.<\/p>\n

This comes after Harry\u2019s book Spare in 2023 brought in plenty of money for the couple to fund their Montecito lifestyles.<\/a><\/p>\n

Last year, an insider told Closer magazine<\/a>: “The word in publishing circles is that everyone\u2019s mad to land Meghan\u2019s memoirs and the numbers being thrown around are ridiculously high. We\u2019re talking tens of millions for her authorised biography \u2013 it\u2019s going to get to the point where she can\u2019t say no.<\/p>\n

“And love her or hate her, there’s no denying that she has an insight into the royals that no one else can share.”<\/p>\n

The source also said that writing a memoir would come with a \u201cmassive paycheck\u201d<\/a> for Meghan, which could be needed now the Netflix<\/a> deal has come to an end.<\/p>\n

While it could be a good source of income for the family, Meghan made a comment just months ago that suggested writing a memoir was not on the cards anytime soon. However, the duchess did not fully rule it out.<\/a><\/p>\n

During a podcast interview with Hollywood<\/a> pal Jamie Kern Lima in April, Meghan said: \u201cI think people are often curious if I’m going to write a memoir, but I’ve got a lot more life to live before I’m there.”<\/p>\n

Since news of the Netflix<\/a> deal being dropped was made public, a royal expert has also told Express.co.uk<\/a> that a memoir could be on the cards as it would bring in money.<\/p>\n

Richard Fitzwilliams said: \u201cWhat would sell is another memoir. Harry told us when Spare was released that he cut 400 pages as they would be toxic for the Royal Family.<\/p>\n
