Wolves manager Vitor Pereira has given Ipswich Town yet more problems after dropping a positive injury update ahead of the crucial Premier League fixture.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a great week for Wolves<\/a> as they have tied down star midfielder Joao Gomes to a new five-year deal<\/a> and picked up a massive three points<\/a> in the relegation battle.<\/p>\n

Vitor Pereira\u2019s side defeated West Ham United<\/a> 1-0 on Tuesday thanks to Jorgen Strand Larsen\u2019s first-half goal.<\/a><\/p>\n

It took the Old Gold nine points above the relegation zone<\/a> and that gap could be extended to 12 should they defeat Kieran McKenna\u2019s Ipswich Town on Saturday.<\/a><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a massive fixture that could all but confirm Wolves\u2019 survival and Pereira<\/a> has revealed Rodrigo Gomes<\/a> and Goncalo Guedes<\/a> could both return from injury.<\/p>\n

When asked at the start of the press conference if he had any injury concerns ahead of the match, Pereira simply replied: \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, when asked to elaborate further on whether that meant Gomes and Guedes were fit enough to be involved, he shared the happy news.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes [they are available],\u201d he said. \u201cMaybe not flying but they will be able to help us.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is an important moment [in the season] and it\u2019s good for me that I have the contribution of everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rodrigo Gomes could play first game in months<\/p>\n

Gomes could play for the first time since he played 17 minutes in the 2-0 victory over local rivals Aston Villa <\/a>on February 1.<\/p>\n

The winger suffered a hip injury and missed three matches before returning to the bench before the international break. However, he didn\u2019t come on and was then not involved against West Ham.<\/p>\n

Gomes brings youthful positivity to the attack and could be a real useful option off the bench against the Tractor Boys.<\/p>\n
