Vodafone Idea<\/a> (Vi) users across India are experiencing a widespread service outage, with over 1,800 complaints reported on Downdetector since around 12:30 AM. The majority of users, 72%, reported having no signal, followed by 16% facing a total blackout and 11% struggling with mobile internet connectivity.<\/p>\n

The outage is affecting several major cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Pune, and Ghaziabad.<\/p>\n

Users took to social media to express their frustration and concerns.<\/p>\n

One user stated on X, “Is it just me with #vodafoneidea sim which has no network since about an hour and has restarted my #iphone at least twice to check if the networks are back!! ” They also tagged the Vodafone Idea (Vi) customer care in their post.<\/p>\n

Another user stated, “#vi_server_down facing network problem since 12 am. They are telling me to go to vi application and they are asking me for otp Without network.”<\/p>\n

As of now, Vi has not issued any official statement or provided any updates on what has caused the disruption.<\/p>\n
