Parents whose children were on the school<\/a> bus that Virginia Giuffre<\/a> claimed hit her car<\/a> at 70mph leaving her close to death have said her story is not believable.<\/strong><\/p>\n Ms Giuffre said the crash had caused renal failure and left her with just four days to live in a post accompanied by a bruised selfie on Sunday.<\/p>\n Doubts began to emerge 24 hours after the post, when police said only a \u2018minor\u2019 collision was reported, with no serious injuries. Two days later, her spokesperson confirmed she was not dying<\/a> but was being treated in hospital and thought she was posting to a private Facebook<\/a> account.<\/p>\n Bus driver Ross Munns said \u2018there is no way you could get that injury\u2019 from the collision, adding the whole thing had been \u2018blown out of proportion\u2019.<\/p>\n He said: \u2018If I hit that car at 70, they\u2019d be dead. I used to drive ambulances for years in the country, and I know how to have a good look.\u2019<\/p>\n Some parents of the children travelling on Mr Munns\u2019 bus have backed his account of a relatively minor crash.<\/p>\n Emmie-Rose Wright said her children, aged five, eight and nine, \u2018weren\u2019t worried or traumatised at all\u2019.<\/p>\n \t\t She told The Telegraph<\/a>: \u2018They got off the bus and said that they had had a small crash. There\u2019s no damage to the bus and none of the kids are injured.\u2019<\/p>\n The mum called the bus driver an \u2018upstanding member of the community\u2019 and said \u2018there\u2019s no way\u2019 he would have left the scene without calling an ambulance if someone was injured.<\/p>\n Another parent, Hayley Miller, said she was \u2018disgusted\u2019 at Ms Giuffre\u2019s allegations accompanying the apparent injuries in her photo.<\/p>\n She insisted the bruises shown \u2018are not from the bus incident\u2019.<\/p>\n \u2018I don\u2019t know what she is trying to get from all of it\u2026 but I do feel bad for her and I hope she gets help.\u2019<\/p>\n Cheryl Sassela, 71, a caretaker at Ms Giuffre\u2019s \u00a31million weekend hobby farm, said the crash that left her vehicle with a broken tail-light led to a mix-up.<\/p>\n The farmhand said: \u2018I\u2019m sure Virginia will issue a statement soon to clear it all up.\u2019<\/p>\n Mr Munns, who had 29 children on his bus near Perth, Western Australia, said the car he had been behind for two miles suddenly turned in front of him to go down a side road.<\/p>\n He sounded his horn, but the vehicles collided, and he swapped details with Ms Sassela.<\/p>\n He said: \u2018I told her she needs to put her indicator on when you have to turn. That\u2019s all the conversation was, and she asked how the kids were, and I said, \u201cfine\u201d. It wasn\u2019t a major crash.\u2019<\/p>\n \t\t When he rang her the next day, she told him her passenger suffered a black eye. \u2018I didn\u2019t even see her in the car,\u2019 he added. He then decided to report it to authorities as he felt \u2018a little bit suss\u2019.<\/p>\n He said: \u2018I\u2019ve got the all-clear from the police and if they want to come for insurance, I\u2019ll fight that as well.\u2019<\/p>\n Days later, when he saw Ms Giuffre\u2019s Instagram post, he felt \u2018uneasy\u2019, adding: \u2018She said she was hit by a bus at 70mph and all buses in Western Australia are governed to 60mph.<\/p>\n \u2018I know what happened and it\u2019s just all blown out of proportion. There\u2019s no way you could get that injury if you were in that car. I actually feel sorry for her.
