Emergency services are currently at the scene of a blaze in north Belfast.<\/p>\n
Firefighters were called to reports of a person trapped in a flat fire on the Antrim Road shortly before 10pm<\/p>\n
Two fire appliances attended the scene, where firefighters discovered the roof of the property alight.<\/p>\n

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters entered the flat with a hose reel.<\/p>\n
The Belfast Telegraph understands the occupants were out upon the fire service arrival.<\/p>\n
A ladder was used to gain access to the roof and extinguish the blaze.<\/p>\n
The incident remains ongoing with one lane of the Antrim Road closed.<\/p>\n
