The teenager was repeatedly shown CCTV footage of the moment he stabbed Harvey Willgoose, also 15, twice in the chest at All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield \u2013 sometimes in slow motion.<\/p>\n

But the boy said his memory of what happened stopped \u201cjust before I stabbed him\u201d.<\/p>\n

Richard Thyne KC, prosecuting, took the boy moment by moment through the CCTV footage of the incident on Thursday, asking him: \u201cAre you saying that you don\u2019t remember any of that?\u201d<\/p>\n

The boy, who was giving evidence for a sixth day in his trial, said: \u201cYes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Thyne said: \u201cThe prosecution case is that you had not lost control of your actions.\u201d<\/p>\n

The defendant replied: \u201cWell, I did lose control.\u201d<\/p>\n

The prosecutor then asked him if he had \u201cworked yourself up into a rage about Harvey\u201d.<\/p>\n

The boy said: \u201cI didn\u2019t get myself worked up over Harvey.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Thyne said: \u201cThe prosecution case is what you can see there is controlled aggression by you. What do you say about that?<\/p>\n

The defendant replied: \u201cThere wasn\u2019t control.\u201d<\/p>\n

The prosecutor said: \u201cWhen you stabbed Harvey in the chest, in that moment you intended either to kill him or cause him really serious harm. What do you say about that?\u201d<\/p>\n

The boy told the jury: \u201cNo, I didn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Thyne said: \u201cHaving seen now what you did, what kind of harm do you think you intended?\u201d<\/p>\n

He replied: \u201cI didn\u2019t intend no harm to him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Thyne said: \u201cAre you saying that you can\u2019t remember the stabbing as you don\u2019t want to tell the jury the real answer?\u201d<\/p>\n

The boy said: \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n

The jury has heard All Saints\u2019 headteacher Sean Pender describe how the defendant said \u201cI\u2019m not right in the head\u201d shortly after the stabbing.<\/p>\n

The boy told the jury on Thursday that this was not right and he had said \u201cmy head\u2019s not right\u201d to Mr Pender.<\/p>\n

Mr Thyne said: \u201cAre you trying to twist things now?\u201d and the boy said: \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n

The prosecutor pointed out that, according to Mr Pender, the defendant told the head that he had stabbed Harvey twice but now he could not remember.<\/p>\n

The boy said: \u201cIt was in the moment and it was, like, three minutes after I stabbed him.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Mr Thyne put to him that \u201cyou intended to cause him really serious harm\u201d, the defendant said: \u201cI didn\u2019t intend nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cI didn\u2019t deliberately stab him.\u201d<\/p>\n

The court has heard that the defendant, who cannot be named, has admitted manslaughter but denies murder.<\/p>\n

He has also admitted possession of a knife on school premises.<\/p>\n

Addressing the jury at the beginning of the trial, Gul Nawaz Hussain KC, defending, said: \u201c(The defendant) did not set out to kill or seriously hurt anyone.<\/p>\n
