It was a cheeky piece of diplomacy. Mr Macron\u2019s \u201chands off\u201d message was partly directed at America\u2019s Donald Trump, who has threatened to annex the Danish territory. \u201cGreenland is not to be sold, not to be taken,\u201d Mr Macron declared.
