Antony’s agent, Junior Pedroso, has confirmed the Manchester United winger is “open” to moving to Saudi Arabia in this summer’s transfer window.<\/p>\n
Antony<\/a> is one of four players who wants to leave Old Trafford<\/a> this summer, with Tyrell Malacia, Alejandro Garnacho<\/a> and Jadon Sancho also hoping to move on.<\/p>\n The winger, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Real Betis, has not trained with United’s first-team squad so far this pre-season, meaning he has not travelled to the United States for the pre-season tour.<\/p>\n United<\/a> need to raise funds and Antony’s fruitful loan spell at Betis, which yielded nine goals and five assists in 26 matches, has meant he has created a market for himself this summer. United need to sell him for \u00a332.58million to avoid a loss under the profit and sustainability rules (PSR).<\/p>\n Betis have expressed plenty of interest in resigning him, but it is thought they would prefer to sign him on loan for a second time. However, Pedroso has revealed his client is prepared to move to Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n “What I can say is that the player is on the market, and there are several clubs that want to know his current status,” Pedroso told Qatari sports outlet WinWin, as quoted by Sports Mole<\/a>.<\/p>\n “We listen to the projects and analyse them. But he is open to moving to Saudi Arabia. Anything is possible, we are looking for what is best for him.”<\/p>\n On Friday, Sky Sports<\/a> reported that two of Saudi Arabia’s ‘top clubs’ are interested in signing the Brazil international.<\/p>\n Later in the day, United head coach Ruben Amorim confirmed he is prepared to welcome Antony back into the squad if he stays at the club, likewise Malacia, Garnacho and Sancho.<\/p>\n Amorim said: “There are different reasons for the players. Some players have to find a new place to have more space in the team and other players clearly show they want a new challenge and want new teams.<\/p>\n “We are just allowing these players to have time to think and to decide.
