In particular, the project could benefit from the stablecoin narrative and rising corporate treasury interest that will reduce VC supply overhang, noted<\/a> Ryan Watkins, co-founder of Syncracy Capital.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ethena is behind the popular USDe stablecoin that\u2019s collateralized by crypto, and another USDtb backed by short-term U.S treasury bills via BlackRock\u2019s BUIDL.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Crypto influencer Ansem also echoed a similar bullish outlook, citing<\/a> the token\u2019s breakout from its multi-month price range and aggressive buyback program.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Per the daily chart, the breakout<\/a> was defended at $0.45 as support and triggering a 27% rally to $0.60. Assuming the analysts\u2019 catalysts hold, the next upside target would be $0.81, a 38% potential gain if hit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But Messari analyst Sam noted<\/a> that the extra rally will only be possible if TradFi bids for the token. <\/p>\n

As of press time, only StablecoinX<\/a> had shown interest in ENA as its corporate treasury. It remains to be seen whether others will follow suit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The recent bullish drive was also induced by Anchorage Digital\u2019s support<\/a> for Ethena\u2019s USDtb.<\/p>\n

The team billed it as the \u2018first GENIUS-compliant\u2019 stablecoin, underscoring a vote of confidence in the project.\u00a0<\/p>\n
