Jack Harrison\u2019s future at Leeds United has been a major talking point of the summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n Harrison has spent the last two seasons on loan at Everton<\/a> following Leeds\u2019 relegation from the Premier League in 2023.<\/p>\n The Englishman has returned to Elland Road this summer, but received boos from the Whites faithful<\/a> in the 0-0 draw with Manchester United in Sweden last weekend.<\/p>\n Harrison\u2019s future remains uncertain<\/a>, and Daniel Farke has provided an update on his status.<\/p>\n Farke has given the winger a target for this summer whilst he remains at Elland Road<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Mail<\/a> (27 July) has reported that the German manager wants Harrison<\/a> to win the trust back from the Leeds fans.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Farke cited the examples of Brendan Aaronson and Junior Firpo as ways for the ex-Everton man to regain the backing from the fans after being booed against Man United.<\/p>\n This comes after the Yorkshire club placed a \u00a330million bid for Feyenoord winger Igor Paixao<\/a>, who also has interest from Marseille.<\/p>\n Paixao looked set to move to France this summer, but the 49ers<\/a> look to have returned to the negotiating table with the Dutch club.<\/p>\n Farke clearly believes there is a route back for Harrison at Leeds<\/a> this summer.<\/p>\n However, it is just not the case, especially if Paixao arrives at Elland Road this summer<\/a>.<\/p>\n Harrison will not start should Paixao sign for Leeds<\/p>\n The Brazilian is simply on a different level in terms of output and impact on the game, and will bring the flair needed to excite the Elland Road<\/a> faithful.<\/p>\n![\"Leeds](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Jack-Harrison-4-1024x576.png\")
