He was remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Hamza Khan, 23, was also charged with murder earlier this month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A second man has been charged with the murder of a homeless man in Birmingham.
