Declan Rice spoke about how he sees Noni Madueke performing this season.<\/p>\n

He added: “I think he’s going to shock a lot of people and I can’t wait for him to come.<\/p>\n

“I met him as a person with England and was blown away by his personality and character. I don’t think a lot of people would have him down as that but he’s one of those people who lifts the dressing room.<\/p>\n

“He really cares about football, has high demands and that’s what shocked me about him. Then seeing him up close on the training pitch, when he gets the ball he just wants to beat his man. He’s so positive and direct.<\/p>\n

“When you’re an attacking player and in your mind the first thought you have to go past your defender, that’s an unbelievable trait.”<\/p>\n

LAFC are one of two clubs in the race to sign the German, who left Bayern Munich last season after a 25-year association with the German club.<\/p>\n

Sky Sports reports that Borussia Dortmund want to sign Brighton midfielder Facundo Buonanotte.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Leicester, joined Brighton in 2023 for a fee around \u00a35m.<\/p>\n

He has three years left on his contract at the Premier League club, and it is not known what sort of fee Brighton would want.<\/p>\n

Fabrizio Romano says that Chelsea are in talks with Borussia Dortmund over a move for Carney Chukwuemeka.<\/p>\n

The German side prefer a loan move for the midfielder but Chelsea want to sell.<\/p>\n

The Blues are reportedly sticking to their stance or a permanent transfer or no move at all.<\/p>\n

Additional reports suggest that RB Leipzig are also interested in Chukwuemeka, which could help Chelsea as the Blues are interested in the Xavi Simons, who plays for the German club.<\/p>\n

Wrexham are trying to punch above their weight (slightly) and have approached Christian Eriksen over a potential move.<\/p>\n

The Dane is a free agent having left Manchester United at the start of the summer and was impressed by their proposal.<\/p>\n

However, Wrexham are in the Championship and are seeking a fourth successive promotion having swept through the lower leagues under the ownership of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.<\/p>\n

Eriksen hopes to remain at the top level of football whether that is in the Premier League or at one of the top leagues in Europe.<\/p>\n
