If bats are found, officers say this would be a \u201cstrong\u201d reason for refusal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Councillors will decide whether the plans can go ahead at a meeting on July 31.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Wesley House is a Grade II-listed building and is located within a conservation area. The applicant \u2013 Medipharm Bradford Ltd \u2013 says that while the property has been marketed for sale for several years, there has been \u201clittle or no interest\u201d. It is now subsequently earmarked for housing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Planning permission was previously granted to convert the building into 21 units but this has since expired.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Five comments have been made \u2013 three in objection, one in support, and one general comment.
