Any customers experiencing problems applying promotional codes should contact us directly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">A spokesperson for the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) said the &#8220;advertising rules are clear&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">They said: &#8220;Ads must not materially mislead people, or be likely to do so.
