{"id":298603,"date":"2025-07-28T13:46:37","date_gmt":"2025-07-28T13:46:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/298603\/"},"modified":"2025-07-28T13:46:37","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T13:46:37","slug":"cura-terrae-announce-acquisition-of-envirocentre-airqualitynews","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/298603\/","title":{"rendered":"Cura Terrae announce acquisition of EnviroCentre \u2013 AirQualityNews"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cura Terrae have this morning announced the acquisition of EnviroCentre, a market-leading multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy with over 75 professionals based in Scotland.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The business will become part of Cura Terrae\u2019s Land and Nature division, bringing expertise in geo-environmental services and water management and engineering, as well as enhanced capabilities in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and ecology.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-66769\" class=\"wp-image-66769\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Duar-and-Nick.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\"  \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-66769\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(l to r) Duar Fleming (MD, EnviroCentre) and Nick Dilworth (Cura Terrae CEO)<\/p>\n<p>The addition will enable the expanded group to offer a comprehensive environmental service across the entire UK, with the newly acquired four Scottish locations enhancing their national network and supporting clients as they respond to increasingly complex environmental needs.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition is Cura Terrae\u2019s fifth since its formation in 2022 and represents the group\u2019s largest transaction to date. It is a significant milestone in Cura Terrae\u2019s ambition to build a connected, collaborative group of environmental specialists and reinforces its mission to empower businesses to take care of the Earth.<\/p>\n<p>Established in 1995, EnviroCentre has delivered environmental consultancy services for over 30 years in support of some of the most significant infrastructure projects in Scotland, building a strong reputation for technical excellence with a wide range of long-standing clients.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/airqualitynews.com\/events\/event\/2025-national-air-quality-conference\/\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"AQN-2025_LDN_Conference_EB_Hero_MPU_600x300px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AQN-2025_LDN_Conference_EB_Hero_MPU_600x300px.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"no-lazyload\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" style=\" max-width: 100%; height: auto;\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cura Terrae CEO, Nick Dilworth said: \u2018We\u2019re proud to welcome EnviroCentre into the Cura Terrae group.
