Neighourhood Cafe, found on <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/woolton\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Woolton<\/a> Road, shut over the weekend for the final time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">However, it is not all bad news, as the space is set to reopen as \u201csomething even more meaningful\u201d. The cafe-bistro operated from number 261 during the day and on Friday and Saturday evenings, from 5 pm until late, it transformed into a <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">wine and cocktail hotspot known as Hamilton\u2019s Bar.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">In the morning, it sold everything from <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">stacked pancakes and Manhattan eggs to breakfast sandwiches<\/a> and hood bagels. In the evening, customers could choose from a range of alcoholic beverages and charcuterie boards while live music was played in the background.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">However, this will no longer be the case. The space is now being transformed into Hamilton House. It has been described as a \u201cnew destination for elevated skin therapy, colonic wellness, and member-only health experiences.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Announcing the news on social media, the team said: \u201cA new chapter begins. To our amazing Neighbourhood family \u2014 thank you for your loyalty, laughter, and unforgettable memories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cWe\u2019re closing our doors as Neighbourhood. but only to reopen as something even more meaningful. Hamilton House is a brand-new, elevated space for clients seeking more than just a beauty treatment. It&#8217;s a refined wellness destination, combining evidence-based care with indulgent self-care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/1753721472_541_0_Hamilton-House-the-former-site-of-Neighbourhood-Cafe-on-Woolton-Road.jpg\" alt=\"A notice on Hamilton House, the former site of Neighbourhood Cafe on Woolton Road\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>A notice on Hamilton House, the former site of Neighbourhood Cafe on Woolton Road(Image: Liverpool Echo)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The post went on to reveal that it would focus on advanced diagnostics, offering \u201ctesting that helps uncover what your body truly needs.\u201d This includes food intolerance testing, vitamin and mineral deficiency analysis, and hormonal imbalance checks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Hamilton House will also offer aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, RF micro needling, and skin peels. It will still serve food in some capacity. An opening date has yet to be confirmed, but the owners encouraged their fans to follow along on Instagram for updates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The post was inundated with comments &#8211; both of support and of disappointment. Robert Gunning said: \u201cGood luck. Neighbourhood has been a big part of my life. From working at Pod and the hood to teaching Hospitality &amp; Catering. You showed me the ropes and gave me the opportunities. I loved playing at Hamilton\u2019s bar on my latest musical venture. Thank you, and all the best.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Emma Girvan said: \u201cEnd of an era and start of a new one. Good luck guys\u201d, whereas Gary Byrne added: \u201cSo sad to see Neighbourhood close its doors. Excited to see where the new venture takes you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Kate Allerston commented: \u201cSo sad to see Neighbourhood go. Many special family memories and celebrations have been there over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Echoing a similar sentiment, Gill McCarthy added: \u201cSad to see Neighbourhood close &#8211; so many fond memories over the years from maternity leave, school run coffees and lots of family and friends gatherings.
