The Fitbit Charge 6 is a couple years old now, but it remains our favorite fitness tracker<\/a> for most people, and Google’s still updating the thing regularly. As spotted by Android Authority<\/a>, a new update announced today brings with it a handful of new clock faces and then some. <\/p>\n

In a post on the Fitbit Community forum<\/a>, Fitbit shared that the Fitbit Charge 6 is getting three additional clock faces. There’s the stats-heavy Momentum, which displays steps, distance walked, heart rate, and more all at once; an abstract digital face called Geometric; and an understated analog-style face called Axira. <\/p>\n

The update also brings with it enhanced connectivity with gym equipment. The Charge 6 is able to communicate with treadmills, exercise bikes, and the like to share your heart rate in real time. Fitbit says the Charge 6 is now able to connect to “a wider variety of equipment.” The post doesn’t go into detail about which additional devices are now supported. <\/p>\n

Fitbit’s also announced that the update includes bug fixes for several Fitbit models, including the Charge 6, Inspire 3, Sense 2, and Versa 4. Only the Charge 6 seems to have received the new clock faces and exercise equipment update, however.<\/p>\n

This is all available now, so if you’ve got a Charge 6, be sure to check for updates.<\/p>\n
