Leicester Tigers Wheelchair Rugby completed a\u00a0historic quadruple with a clean sweep of victories in the final weekend of the Fours Premiership.<\/p>\n
After winning the WR5 Premiership earlier this\u00a0month<\/a>, the 2024 European Championships, and the inaugural RMA National Championships last month, Tigers secured the remarkable feat with four successive wins at the weekend.<\/p>\n Saturday began with a hard-fought opening victory over London Wheelchair Rugby Club before Tigers then excelled in a 25-point win over Cheltenham Tigers.\u00a0<\/p>\n Sunday started with an\u00a0impressive triumph over North East Bulls,\u00a0a match which saw Jack Coulson<\/a> receive his 100th cap for Leicester Tigers.<\/p>\n Coulson reflected on the achievement afterward, stating: \u201cIt was a special moment to finally reach 100 caps.<\/p>\n “With each game, my love for the sport grows and I\u2019m grateful for all the support and the sponsors for allowing me to reach this milestone.\u201d<\/p>\n These three wins set up the\u00a0blockbuster\u00a0finale against top of the table, reigning champions\u00a0West Coast Crash, with Tigers snatching a four-point\u00a0victory in dramatic fashion to claim the Fours Premiership title and complete the quadruple.<\/p>\n
