But it was <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/topic\/john-travolta\">John Travolta<\/a>, who is a plane enthusiast and trained pilot, who said that this would have been impossible given the film is set in 1969. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, the 747 had its test flight in February 1969, but it went into service in January 1970. They\u2019re nine months off! He would have been on a Boeing 707!\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>We can forgive Tarantino for that.
