He assumed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/uk\/how-tos\/a748582\/how-to-deadlift\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/uk\/how-tos\/a748582\/how-to-deadlift\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"conventional deadlift position\" data-node-id=\"3.1\" class=\"body-link css-1d8p8n5 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">conventional deadlift position<\/a> and pulled through the floor, struggling with the unbalanced nature of the weight before finally locking it out and controlling it to the floor. Guinness World Records claim that the entire lift took nearly 10 seconds in total. <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"7\" class=\"css-qrfdb emevuu60\">It&#8217;s far from the first record Weiqiang has managed in his outrageous lifting career, however. He managed to collect eight Guinness World Records titles in 2023, completing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/uk\/building-muscle\/a30380542\/how-to-pullup-best-exercises\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/uk\/building-muscle\/a30380542\/how-to-pullup-best-exercises\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"heaviest weighted pull-up\" data-node-id=\"7.1\" class=\"body-link css-1d8p8n5 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">heaviest weighted pull-up<\/a> (109.2kg), the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CtwbWNaI2PB\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CtwbWNaI2PB\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"heaviest weighted dip\" data-node-id=\"7.3\" class=\"body-link css-1d8p8n5 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">heaviest weighted dip<\/a> (154.2kg), and managing an extra 44.2kg on his person to achieve the heaviest single-rep weighted ring muscle-up \u2013 among many other impressive performances.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"8\" class=\"css-qrfdb emevuu60\">Regardless, he never intended to start setting such outrageous records. &#8216;When I first started with fitness, online resources were scarce, and it was difficult to find guidance from fellow enthusiasts. Therefore, I simply wanted to share my training process on social media,&#8217; he said. <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"9\" class=\"css-qrfdb emevuu60\">&#8216;Since starting my job, I&#8217;ve had less time for fitness, and I&#8217;ve felt a bit slack.
