{"id":303914,"date":"2025-07-30T12:39:09","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T12:39:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/303914\/"},"modified":"2025-07-30T12:39:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T12:39:09","slug":"man-arrested-following-fail-to-stop-collisions-in-bristol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/303914\/","title":{"rendered":"Man arrested following fail-to-stop collisions in Bristol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 44-year-old man has been arrested following two fail-to-stop collisions on Bristol\u2019s Stapleton Road.<\/p>\n<p>Officers are investigating two collisions on Stapleton Road on Friday 25 July between 10.44-10.50pm involving a car and two pedestrians.<\/p>\n<p>Both pedestrians were taken to hospital, their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life changing.<\/p>\n<p>One man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, failing to stop and driving while unfit through drugs or alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>He has been released on bail and both pedestrians have been updated and continue to receive support from officers.<\/p>\n<p>Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and we ask anyone with any information or relevant footage to get in touch.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A 44-year-old man has been arrested following two fail-to-stop collisions on Bristol\u2019s Stapleton Road.
