{"id":305139,"date":"2025-07-30T23:27:08","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T23:27:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/305139\/"},"modified":"2025-07-30T23:27:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T23:27:08","slug":"birmingham-lawyer-recognised-for-family-dispute-resolution-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/305139\/","title":{"rendered":"Birmingham lawyer recognised for family dispute resolution work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Birmingham lawyer Adam Maguire, has been shortlisted for the highly respected \u2018Solicitor of the Year\u2019 Award by Resolution, the national organisation that promotes a constructive approach to family law issues.<\/p>\n<p>Adam, who is a partner and family law expert at Clarke Willmott, is also the Chair of Resolution\u2019s West Midlands regional group, which has been shortlisted for \u2018Region of the Year\u2019 at the prestigious awards which will take place on 18 September 2025 in London.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/resolution.org.uk\/the-resolution-awards-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Resolution Awards<\/a>\u00a0are a celebration of the values that unite Resolution\u2019s 6500+ members. Founded in 1982 by a group of family law professionals, Resolution supports lawyers to resolve issues for separating families and their children in a constructive way.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s finalists were selected by an expert judging panel from across the sector, who deliberated on the many high calibre entries submitted.<\/p>\n<p>Melanie Bataillard-Samuel, Chair of Resolution, says: \u201cCongratulations to all of our finalists of the Resolution Awards 2025.
