Author Katherine Arden will be present at the discussion, which takes place at the Lawson&#8217;s Finest Liquids Taproom on Monday, August 11, at 5:30 p.m. The first book in the Winternight trilogy, \u201cThe Bear and The Nightingale\u201d is set in medieval Russia and incorporates elements of Russian folklore. Copies of the book are available to check out from the Warren Public Library to read in advance.
