Pedro Pascal\u2019s role in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday<\/strong><\/a> has been clarified, revealing what Reed Richard\u2019s status in the film is set to be. <\/p>\n

What will Pedro Pascal\u2019s role be in Avengers: Doomsday?<\/p>\n

According to a new report from Variety on the status of several future Marvel Studios projects, Pascal<\/a>\u2018s status in Doomsday is not that of a full-fledged star. The report notes that Pascal is not the \u201ccenterpiece\u201d of the movie, although he still will play an \u201cintegral role\u201d in the movie.<\/p>\n

This seems to lend credence to recent reports that noted Pascal\u2019s Richards would not be the lead of any newly formed Avengers group in Doomsday. Although he likely will play a large role as one of the new heroes in the MCU<\/a>, Richards seemingly won\u2019t be the one leading the new Avengers against Robert Downey Jr.\u2019s Doctor Doom. <\/p>\n

So far, several major stars from the MCU have been confirmed to be in Avengers: Doomsday\u2019s cast. The movie is led by Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, but also includes Chris Hemsworth\u2019s Thor,\u00a0Pedro Pascal\u2019s Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby\u2019s Invisible Woman\/Sue Storm,\u00a0Anthony Mackie\u2019s Captain America,\u00a0Sebastian Stan\u2019s Bucky Barnes\/Winter Soldier,\u00a0Letitia Wright\u2019s Shuri\/Black Panther, and\u00a0Paul Rudd\u2019s Ant-Man.<\/p>\n
