Daniel Farke still has plenty of time to add more players to his Leeds United squad as a familiar target has emerged.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bulgarian will question his game time, and after new links have emerged with Benfica midfielder Florentino Luis, his exit could be on the horizon.<\/p>\n

Victor Orta<\/a> wanted Luis in 2020, as the former Director of Football clearly saw potential in the defensive-minded asset.<\/p>\n

Luis has a \u00a3107 million release clause<\/a> in his Benfica contract, and has also been of interest to Liverpool and Arsenal in the past.<\/p>\n

With the Eagles considering the 25-year-old\u2019s departure this window, it\u2019s probably unlikely that they will ask for anything close to this valuation, and Leeds could strike a potential discount.<\/p>\n

Jamie Carragher is a big fan of Leeds United target Florentino Luis<\/p>\n

To be valued at such a figure means that Luis possesses numerous qualities that could be a part of Farke\u2019s plans.<\/p>\n

Someone who has taken a keen eye of the Benfica engine is Jamie Carragher<\/a>, as the well-known pundit described his attributes in 2023 amid Liverpool\u2019s past pursuit.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s yet another ambitious target on the table, and with Gruev\u2019s future up in the air, Luis would only improve Farke\u2019s midfield fortunes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
