Of course you are. Payday has landed, the sun is set to make its return, and as ever London will be bursting with things to do.<\/p>\n<p>Oasis\u2019s ongoing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/news\/oasis-reunion-at-london-wembley-stadium-start-time-last-minute-tickets-potential-setlist-reviews-and-what-you-need-to-know-072825\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reunion gigs<\/a> are the major thing happening over the next few days. But if you\u2019re not one of the tens of thousands of people to have nabbed tickets, there\u2019s loads of other great stuff to fill your diary with, like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/music\/bbc-proms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall,<\/a>\u00a0a ton of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/art\/top-10-art-exhibitions-in-london\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">really cool art exhibitions<\/a>\u00a0and loads of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/news\/the-10-best-new-london-theatre-openings-in-august-2025-072825\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">outstanding new theatre shows<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Whatever you\u2019re getting up to this weekend, it\u2019s likely that you\u2019ll have to use public transport to get there. So, to help you get around without a hitch, here are all the planned closures and disruptions happening across London\u00a0for the first weekend of August.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECOMMENDED:\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/things-to-do-in-london-this-weekend\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">All the best things to do in London this weekend<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Getting to Oasis at Wembley Stadium\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Good news! There will be no major closures or planned disruption on any of the Tube and train lines that serve Wembley Stadium when Oasis are back on August 2 and 3. Find our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/news\/how-to-get-to-the-oasis-reunion-gigs-at-wembley-stadium-in-london-complete-london-public-transport-guide-072325\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">full guide to getting the tube or trains (or cars, buses or coaches) to Wembley here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Full list of London tube and train disruption\u00a0August 1-3<br \/>\n<strong>District line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From Saturday to Sunday, you won\u2019t be able to get the District line\u00a0from Turnham Green\u00a0to Ealing Broadway.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piccadilly line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All day Saturday (from 6am) and all day Sunday, there won\u2019t be any Piccadilly line trains between\u00a0Kings Cross St Pancras and Osterley \/ Uxbridge. TfL says you\u00a0can use the Metropolitan line between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge or a replacement bus.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From 12.45am to 6am on Saturday, there\u2019ll be no services between Kings Cross and all Heathrow terminals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DLR\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You won\u2019t be able to get the DLR\u00a0between Poplar \/ Stratford International and Beckton \/ Woolwich Arsenal on Saturday or Sunday. The alternative options are Jubilee line trains between Stratford and Canning Town, Lizzie line services between Custom House and Woolwich or replacement buses.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mildmay line\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Friday there won\u2019t be any Mildmay services from Willesden Junction to Shepherd\u2019s Bush until 6.15am. Then on Saturday the Willesden Junction to Shepherd\u2019s Bush service will finish at 7.30pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From 7.30pm on Saturday to 10.15am on Sunday, Mildmay trains from Shepherds Bush to Clapham Junction will only run every 30 minutes. Southern services between the two stations will be running as normal, though.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suffragette line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suffragette\u00a0trains won\u2019t be running between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside on Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weaver line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There\u2019ll be no Weaver line trains between Hackney Downs and Chingford after 10.45pm on Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Windrush line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sunday\u2019s Windrush trains between Wandsworth and Clapham Junction won\u2019t start until 10.15am.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>G<\/strong><strong>et the latest and greatest from the Big Smoke \u2013 from news and reviews to events and trends.
