France joined the list as France T\u00e9l\u00e9visions announced who will provide comments for French viewers next month.<\/p>\n<p>For the semi-finals, St\u00e9phane Bern will be in charge of commentating on the two shows, most likely on Culturebox, as it was already the case in 2024. St\u00e9phane Bern will be joined by Laurence Boccolini for the Grand Final, aired on France 2.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; border: 0; border-radius: 3px; margin: 1px; max-width: 540px; min-width: 326px; padding: 0; width: calc(100% - 2px);\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DIlXZxNtVW-\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>After a first experience in 2010, St\u00e9phane Bern has been the French commentator since 2015, being associated with Laurence Boccolini since 2021.<\/p>\n<p>France will be represented this year by Louane with her song \u201cMaman\u201d. Since then they have participated in every contest aside from 1974 and 1982. Their withdrawal in 1974 was caused by the death of President Georges Pompidou, while 1982\u2019s withdrawal was a result of TF1 declining to enter the contest. France has won the contest on five occasions, the most recent being in 1977 when Marie Myriam performed \u201cL\u2019oiseau et l\u2019enfant\u201d.
