Up until that point, the Japanese racer had shown flashes of pace, like his P6 in the Miami Sprint, but his best finish for Red Bull in a Grand Prix  since stepping in for <a class=\"text-brand-hot-red underline decoration-1 hover:decoration-[3px]\" href=\"https:\/\/www.formula1.com\/en\/drivers\/liam-lawson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Liam Lawson<\/a> from Suzuka onwards is P9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"typography-module_body-s-regular__ul7F5 typography-module_md_body-m-regular__d9VRg typography-module_lg_body-l-regular__dPa5z\">In that same period, his team mate and reigning world champion <a class=\"text-brand-hot-red underline decoration-1 hover:decoration-[3px]\" href=\"https:\/\/www.formula1.com\/en\/drivers\/max-verstappen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Max Verstappen<\/a> had secured two wins and two second places.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"&#8220;I&#8217;m not sure what I&#8217;m doing wrong to be honest.
