Images showed the moment police swooped in on gardens in Salford<\/a> as part of a drive-by shooting investigation.<\/p>\n Four suspects were arrested in Manchester after gunshots were blasted at a garage in Huddersfield and left three men injured, police have confirmed.<\/p>\n Armed officers from West Yorkshire Police were seen with police dogs climbing over fences of gardens near to Conway Avenue in Clifton. It’s understood this is linked to the same investigation.<\/p>\n Never miss a story with the MEN’s daily Catch Up newsletter – get it in your inbox by signing up here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Detectives are continuing to investigate the firearms discharge at the S Autos Garage on Bulay Road in Huddersfield on July 22.<\/p>\n Three men were rushed to hospital following the incident at around 3pm where they remain to receive treatment.<\/p>\n A 30-year-old man received a foot injury, a 36-year-old was injured in a knee and a 20-year-old man, meanwhile, was injured in his arm and stomach after they were ‘struck by projectiles’. Their injuries are non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n West Yorkshire Police said the suspects then fled the scene in a vehicle with a major investigation launched to trace them. Investigations suggested a Nissan Juke, with false registration plates, was driven by the garage as the shots were fired.<\/p>\n The vehicle was later located and seized outside the West Yorkshire area having been abandoned.<\/p>\n In an update, West Yorkshire Police confirmed four suspects, aged 18, 19, 20 and 21, were all arrested in the Greater Manchester area.<\/p>\n The 19 and 18-year-old were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder while the other two males were arrested on suspicion of firearms offences.<\/p>\n Anyone who has information about the incident, which took place at about 3pm on 22 July, is asked to speak with the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team on 101 or online at www.westyorkshire.police.uk\/livechat referencing Operation Pikemont.<\/strong><\/p>\n Information can also be given anonymously to the independent Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.<\/strong><\/p>\n —<\/p>\n Day in day out, our reporters in the Manchester Evening News newsroom bring you remarkable stories from all aspects of Mancunian life.
