Liverpool have a clear intention of getting a deal done for Alexander Isak in this summer transfer window.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s an intention reportedly shared by the Sweden international, though it may be dependent to a small or greater extent on Newcastle\u2019s ability to first secure a replacement.<\/p>\n

Benjamin Sesko is at the top of both the Magpies and Manchester United\u2019s list. However, the current expectation is that the Slovenian is Old Trafford-bound.<\/p>\n

How much will Liverpool spend on Isak?<\/p>\n

Newcastle are, according to reports, keen to secure a figure around the \u00a3150m for Isak. However, there is a degree of expectation that Liverpool could bring that number down to around \u00a3130m in the final deal.<\/p>\n

Allegedly, talks are \u2018progressing well\u2019 between the Premier League clubs, with Alexander Isak said to be \u2018hopeful\u2019 that an agreement can be struck<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Can Newcastle hold on to Isak this summer?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a question of how strong Newcastle\u2019s resolve is in a market in which they\u2019re struggling to make a serious splash.<\/p>\n
