In response to false claims circulating online, particularly from Ms. Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa (Afia Schwarzenegger), suggesting a breach of Mr. Fosu\u2019s medical confidentiality, we wish to clarify:<\/p>\n

* No breach of Mr. Fosu\u2019s medical privacy or confidentiality occurred.

\n* His care was handled with professionalism, dignity, and strict confidentiality.

\n* His family was involved every step of the way.<\/p>\n
