One Fish Street, which previously resided on St Ives&#8217; famous Fore Street, has confirmed it will be opening up shop on Chandos Road in Redland this September.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">According to their website, the team has &#8220;created the restaurant [we] always wanted &#8211; small and intimate, with an open kitchen so you can talk to chefs as they prepare your food&#8221;. The new restaurant will be located in the site of former flower shop Clifton Flowers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.onefishstreet.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"One Fish StreetLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">One Fish Street<\/a> was founded in 2019 with relaxed, friendly service, and culinary creativity at the forefront of its mission. <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cornwalllive.com\/news\/cornwall-news\/much-loved-st-ives-restaurant-9794385\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"CornwallLive reportsLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">CornwallLive reports<\/a> that the St Ives restaurant announced it was to close back in December, telling customers it had been &#8220;a tough year for the industry&#8221; and announcing they were moving on to &#8220;something new&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The business&#8217; official website now gives the address of 17 Chandos Road, and published menus on the site include the likes of oysters, calamari, octopus, scallops, Cornish crab on toast, Cornish lobster, cuttlefish ragu arancini, and oven roasted fish of the day, among others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Opening times are currently set to be 12.30-2.30pm for Saturday lunch, and 5pm-late (last food orders at 9pm) during the evenings.<\/p>\n<p>How Chandos Road is becoming one of Bristol&#8217;s best foodie hotspots<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/0_JS375004932.jpg\" alt=\"Chandos Road looks like any other street in the area at first glance, but if you walk or drive along it you will find a treasure trove of foodie spots and local businesses\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>Chandos Road looks like any other street in the area at first glance, but if you walk or drive along it you will find a treasure trove of foodie spots and local businesses(Image: Paul Gillis\/Reach Plc)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Chandos Road, where One Fish Street&#8217;s new restaurant will be located, is home to many a top-rated independent restaurant, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink\/michelin-star-honour-bristol-restaurant-9934472\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"including the Michelin-starred WilsonsLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">including the Michelin-starred Wilsons<\/a>.
