Manchester United have a long list of transfer targets this summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ruben Amorim<\/a> will have targets in every position he wishes to strengthen this summer.<\/p>\n

Manchester United<\/a> have already made two new signings, with Matheus Cunha signing from Wolves<\/a> and Bryan Mbeumo joining a month later from Brentford<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It is understood that United also want to sign a striker, a goalkeeper and a midfielder before the new season. <\/p>\n

That will only raise further questions on the future of Andre Onana<\/a> and Altay Bayindir<\/a>, who are both goalkeepers considered replaceable at Old Trafford<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Those signings will depend on whether United can sell players, with many available on the market. Antony<\/a>, Alejandro Garnacho<\/a>, Jadon Sancho<\/a> and Tyrell Malacia<\/a> were all told to stay away from pre-season preparations.<\/p>\n

Only time will tell if Amorim will get new players in these positions, but a lot of United fans<\/a> would like to see a new goalkeeper signed after watching Onana make costly mistakes over the past two seasons.<\/p>\n

United are set to miss out on one of their potential Onana replacements after an official offer from West Ham for the South American goalkeeper.<\/p>\n

Onana\u2019s hamstring injury has impacted United\u2019s preparations for the new season, but it remains to be seen if he will keep his place as first choice keeper.<\/p>\n

Bayindir and Tom Heaton<\/a> have played on tour in Onana\u2019s absence, but United have also been linked with an array of goalkeepers, including Emiliano Martinez<\/a> and John Victor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

John impressed for Botafogo in the Club World Cup before being linked with a move to Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

Fabrizio Romano claims United are set to miss out on John due to a formal offer from West Ham worth just under \u00a37 million.<\/p>\n

Galatasaray and Everton were also said to be keen on John.<\/p>\n

United have done nothing more than monitor John over recent months. It may be the case that they want to look elsewhere for a new keeper or to wait until Bayindir\u2019s future has been resolved.<\/p>\n

Andre Onana dilemma<\/p>\n

With Aston Villa pricing Martinez out of a move and John seemingly on his way to West Ham, United have a dilemma on their hands with Onana because they could be stuck with the keeper for another season.<\/p>\n

United are relying on selling players to make more signings and that could be what is forcing the Red Devils to sit on their hands when it comes to signing a new keeper.<\/p>\n

Heaton is likely to remain third choice this season, but that doesn\u2019t help solve Onana\u2019s situation at the club.<\/p>\n
