\n Wirral-based Concept Projects Group delivered the 10,000 sq m digital site for Boccard UK at Deeside Industrial Park, with a focus on strengthening the UK\u2019s nuclear and industrial supply chains.\n<\/p>\n
\n The facility will produce high-integrity components for the nuclear, energy, and food sectors and was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.\n<\/p>\n

\n “This fully digitalised facility gives Boccard the capacity to expand its operations and drive future growth across both industrial sectors \u2013 their life solutions and energy solutions.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It\u2019s been incredibly rewarding to deliver a project that not only advances industry standards but also brings long-term opportunity to the region, while supporting the UK\u2019s legally binding net zero targets, where nuclear energy will play a vital role.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Concept Projects Group managed the end-to-end relocation for Boccard UK, including dilapidation works, infrastructure upgrades, and office fit-outs.\n<\/p>\n
\n The facility was designed with input from the Broughton workforce to maximise manufacturing efficiency and process flow.\n<\/p>\n
\n A dedicated segregation zone for stainless steel manufacturing was included to ensure quality and safety.\n<\/p>\n
\n The office space reflects Boccard\u2019s corporate identity, featuring mission statements and a reception timeline celebrating the Boccard family legacy.\n<\/p>\n
\n The project was supported by the Welsh Government\u2019s Economy Futures Fund and is expected to safeguard 59 jobs and create over 150 new roles.\n<\/p>\n
\n The facility was officially unveiled on Wednesday, July 16, with key stakeholders and dignitaries in attendance.\n<\/p>\n
