According to AdviserSoftware the data showed significant changes in adviser behaviour and validates the \u201cunprecedented impact\u201d AI advice tech is having on the market.<\/p>\n

Ian McKenna, founder of AdviserSoftware, told FT Adviser: \u201cIn the coming months platforms and life companies need to make substantial investments to meet their new legal obligations under the Data Use and Access Act 2025. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe good news is that this will alleviate many of the problems experienced today due to the delays in addressing letters of authority.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe last 18 months has seen a major shake-up in the key suppliers that advisers are using. <\/p>\n

\u201cPlatforms, insurers and others who are going to have to make major investments need to be sure they are prioritising the right partners. We have created this analysis to help them make more informed decisions.\u201d<\/p>\n
