Two-thirds of respondents surveyed for Expedia\u2019s Unpack \u201825 trends report said their travels had been influenced by places they\u2019d seen on screen, with just over a third saying TV and film was more influential than the previous year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"aoip\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>VisitBritain, which focuses on attracting inbound tourism to our shores, even launched a global campaign, Starring Great Britain, to draw travellers from around the world to visit their favourite filming locations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"aoip\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s plenty for UK-based agents to highlight too, especially as many British breaks don\u2019t even require a flight.<\/p>\n<p class=\"aoip\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1. Highclere Castle, Hampshire<\/p>\n<p class=\"aoip\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Agents can capitalise on the release of the third Downton Abbey movie this September with a Downton-themed trip.
