Qatar Goodwood Festival 2025 Concludes<\/p>\n

London, August 02 (QNA) – The Qatar\u00a0Goodwood\u00a0Festival\u00a0presented by Visit\u00a0Qatar wrapped up on Saturday, concluding five days of prestigious horse racing at the historic Goodwood Racecourse in West Sussex, the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

The final day saw Waardah, owned by Sheikh Ahmed Al Maktoum, trained by Owen Burrows, and ridden by Callum Rodriguez win the Qatar Lillie Langtry Stakes (Fillies’ and Mares’ Group 2), while Jm Jungle, owned by Mps Racing Ltd and the Ayrshire Tradesmen, trained by J and S Quinn, and ridden by Jason Hart won the King George Qatar Stakes (Group 2).<\/p>\n

Held under exclusive Qatari sponsorship for the tenth consecutive year, the Festival is one of the undisputed highlights of the British flat racing season, taking place on a racecourse with a history spanning over two centuries, where some of the greatest stars in horse racing are crowned.<\/p>\n

The Festival ran from July 29 to August 2, blending luxury, entertainment, and top-tier racing in an atmosphere that attracted a wide audience of equestrian and fashion enthusiasts from around the globe.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s edition featured 13 graded races, including three Group 1 races, with a notable presence of purebred Qatari horses, underscoring Qatar\u2019s deep-rooted equestrian heritage.
