Former Manchester United star Nicky Butt<\/a> has been cautioned by police after an incident at his 50th birthday party in January. Police had been investigating allegations that a headbutt had left a security guard with a broken nose.<\/p>\n Guests at the former Manchester United<\/a> midfielder’s bash included David and Victoria Beckham<\/a>, plus Class of ’92 pals Paul Scholes and Gary Neville<\/a>. Cops subsequently questioned witnesses and scoured CCTV footage following the incident at Soho Farmhouse near Great Tew, Oxfordshire.<\/p>\n According to The Sun,<\/a> Butt has accepted the criminal sanction for actual bodily harm. He has also agreed to donate to charity. A caution can only be given if the perpetrator admits the offence.<\/p>\n Thames Valley Police<\/a> said: \u201cThe investigation has now concluded. A man was given a caution for the offence of ABH.\u201d<\/p>\n Thames Valley Police previously said they received a report of the alleged assault at 9.15pm on Friday January 24. He had invited friends, including Manchester United legends, to his gathering at the upmarket venue three days later.<\/p>\n Trouble erupted after Butt, who also played in the Premier League<\/a> for Newcastle<\/a> United and Birmingham City, left the bar for a courtyard.<\/p>\n The guard was said to have seen Butt relieving himself against a wall before a row developed and, Butt allegedly lashed out in fury.
