\n Bad Boy Chiller Crew (BBCC) shot to fame in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic with the release of \u201c450\u201d in July of that year.\n<\/p>\n
\n The trio – comprised of Kane Welsh, \u2018Clive\u2019, whose real name is Sam Robinson, and Gareth Kelly, better known as \u2018GK\u2019 \u2013 brought bassline back to the masses, with wobbly tracks supplemented by carefree lyrics about their antics, which they would often showcase in videos on social media.\n<\/p>\n
\n BBCC\u2019s meteoric rise continued for several years, with nearly 1.5 million listeners on Spotify at one point and they were nominated for a BRIT Award in the Best Group category in 2023.\n<\/p>\n
\n Bad Boy Chiller Crew (BBCC) performed at The Wardrobe, Leeds on Monday night as part of their Disrespectuful album launch tour in February 2022 The Bradford boys even appeared in their own docu-series on ITV2 and delighted fans at Leeds and Reading Festivals in 2022.\n<\/p>\n
\n They have released three albums, with \u201cDisrespectful\u201d \u2013 the follow-up to their debut album \u201cFull Wack No Breaks\u201d \u2013 reaching number two in UK charts, as well as several unique collabs such as \u201cGeorge Best\u201d with Tom Zanetti and \u201cJurgen Kropper\u201d with Local.\n<\/p>\n
\n But BBCC\u2019s rapid ascent seemingly came to a halt just under two years ago, with \u201cInfluential\u201d the last \u201cofficial\u201d album the group released, in November 2023.\n<\/p>\n
\n Disrespectful reached number two in the UK album charts (Image: Telegraph & Argus) Kane, Clive and GK reportedly released a new single and EP in June 2024 but both were removed from Spotify and can no longer be found on the platform.\n<\/p>\n
\n The group continued to appear on social media and a single titled \u201cMarky B, Connor John, Jinthai Diss Track\u201d, released in January 2024, is still live on Spotify.\n<\/p>\n
