The retro-style bars with their neon pink frontage have become ubiquitous across the capital, beloved for their cocktail happy hours, boozy brunches and late closing times.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, there are 20 Simmons bars across London and one in Manchester \u2013 but now the brand\u2019s numbers are diminishing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In a \u2018strategic restructuring process\u2019 aiming to \u2018streamline\u2019 its portfolio, four Simmons bars are being axed.
