What is the penalty if you’re caught speeding?<\/p>\n
\n The minimum penalty\u00a0for speeding\u00a0is a \u00a3100 fine\u00a0and three\u00a0penalty points added to your licence.\n<\/p>\n
\n In certain circumstances, drivers will be eligible to attend a Driver\u00a0Education Course, which will incur a cost, but you will not have penalty points added to your licence.\n<\/p>\n
\n The GoSafe partnership aims to “make people safer on Welsh Roads\u00a0by reducing casualties and saving lives”.\n<\/p>\n
