Prince Harry has firmly denied ever rolling up his sleeves to confront his uncle, Prince Andrew, over alleged comments about his wife, Meghan Markle.<\/p>\n
The Duke of Sussex, 40, was said to have left the disgraced Duke of York<\/a> with a \u201cbloody nose\u201d following a \u201cheated argument\u201d more than a decade ago, according to an excerpt of Andrew Lownie\u2019s new book, \u201cEntitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York,\u201d obtained by the Daily Mail<\/a>.<\/p>\n Lownie, who wrote the book about Prince Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, claimed that Harry lost his cool after his uncle uttered a comment about the \u201cSuits\u201d alum, 43, \u201cbehind Harry\u2019s back.\u201d<\/p>\n Prince Harry has firmly denied ever rolling up his sleeves to confront his uncle, Prince Andrew, over alleged comments about his wife, Meghan Markle. Getty Images<\/p>\n The royal author alleged that Andrew had called the former actress an \u201copportunist.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI can confirm Prince Harry and Prince Andrew have never had a physical fight, nor did Prince Andrew ever make the comments he is alleged to have made about the Duchess of Sussex to Prince Harry,\u201d the Invictus Games founder\u2019s rep told The Post of the alleged altercation.\u00a0<\/p>\n The rep added that the claims are \u201cgross inaccuracies, damaging and defamatory remarks.\u201d<\/p>\n The excerpt further alleged that \u201cpunches were thrown\u201d\u00a0and that Andrew \u2014 who has recently won his yearslong fight to stay at the Royal Lodge<\/a> \u2014 emerged from the fight with a bloody nose.<\/p>\n The disgraced Duke of York was said to have been left with a \u201cbloody nose\u201d following a \u201cheated argument\u201d with Harry more than a decade ago. Getty Images<\/p>\n The Post has reached out to reps for the Sussexes for further comment.<\/p>\n It\u2019s no secret that the Sussex camp has been embroiled in a yearslong feud with the Windsor clan since quitting royal life in 2020 and moving across the pond.<\/p>\n The pair, who wed in 2018, have been totally estranged from the royal family for more than half a decade as they continue to live in Montecito, Calif., while raising son Archie, 6, and daughter Lilibet, 4.<\/a><\/p>\n The royal author alleged that Andrew had called the \u201cSuits\u201d alum an \u201copportunist.\u201d Getty Images for W+P<\/p>\n However, in recent weeks the \u201cSpare\u201d author had proved he\u2019s serious about reconciling with his estranged family members by offering to share his diary dates with the royal family<\/a> to ensure total transparency.<\/p>\n \u201cHarry has shifted into a new way of thinking.
