Noel Gallagher<\/a> delivered a hilarious ode to his hometown during Oasis’<\/a> latest Wembley show.<\/p>\n

The band last night (Saturday, August 2) played the fourth of seven shows at the national stadium in London.<\/p>\n

Before beginning fan-favourite Half the World Away, which is sung by Noel, he asked: “How many Mancunians we got in the house?”<\/p>\n

The question was greeted by some boos, to which he replied: “What you f*****g booing for?<\/p>\n

“You’re only here because of Mancunians. You’re only here because of Manchester, all of you.<\/p>\n

“You dress like us, you talk like us. You wanna f****g be us. So what you f*****g booing for?”<\/p>\n

He then dedicated the song to those who hail from the city saying: “This is for all Mancunians everywhere.”<\/p>\n

Nicole Appleton, Liam Gallagher’s ex-wife was among those in attendance at last night’s show.<\/a><\/p>\n

Guitarist Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs described it afterwards as ‘the best one yet.’<\/a><\/p>\n

The band play one more show at Wembley tonight (Sunday, August 3) before the tour moves up to Edinburgh for three gigs at Murrayfield.<\/p>\n
