Prince William and Kate Middleton’s family sailing trip in the stunning Greek islands apparently featured an unusual culinary demand from Prince George.<\/p>\n

The future King’s eldest child allegedly made a particular food request from a specific restaurant on a Greek island during the family’s luxury yacht holiday last month.<\/p>\n

This precise demand came as the royals left Kefalonia and were sailing southward towards Zakynthos, before stopping in the heart of the Ionian Sea.<\/p>\n

One of the tender vessels was sent on a mission to collect a meal, potentially from a well-known fast food chain, for the young prince.<\/p>\n

It follows Princess Charlotte causing excitement with exclusive behind-the-scenes photographs from the Lionesses’ victory, reports the Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A crew member from the superyacht was allegedly sent ashore for a “specific dietary item” unavailable aboard the vessel.<\/p>\n

A discreet source explained why one of the tender boats returned to the mainland, as reported by the MailOnline.<\/p>\n

They revealed: “George required a specific dietary item which led to the tender going ashore in Zakynthos to purchase it. Nothing extravagant, just something particular.”<\/p>\n

The source declined to specify precisely what was collected for the prince, though Zakynthos remains amongst the limited Greek islands featuring a McDonald’s on the mainland.<\/p>\n

The young Royal may have abandoned the gourmet cuisine aboard the superyacht in favour of a Big Mac or chicken nuggets with chips. While Prince George’s specific request remains unknown, it’s no secret that the royals, like many of us, enjoy a good fast food treat.<\/p>\n

Princess Diana was known to occasionally treat Prince William and Prince Harry to KFC and burgers during their childhood.<\/p>\n

Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli has previously revealed some of Prince George’s favourite meals after a conversation with his father, Prince William. Zilli disclosed: “[William’s] amazing – I’m waiting for the call because apparently his little boy’s favourite is spaghetti carbonara, so I’m waiting for the call to go and cook it for him.”<\/p>\n

Zilli added: “If George has my carbonara, he will never have another one, so I need to go and make it, let’s get the ball rolling, send me to the palace to cook.”<\/p>\n

But it’s not just spaghetti carbonara that Prince George enjoys. The Princess of Wales has mentioned that he and Princess Charlotte love making ‘cheesy pasta’ together at home, according to the Express.<\/p>\n

In February 2019, Princess Kate, aged 42, visited a school in Enfield, north London, where she spoke to Ivy Learning Trust’s chief executive Matthew Kleiner-Mann. He recalled: “She was telling us how much her children love cooking and how they cook for her.<\/p>\n

“They made cheesy pasta the other day. One stirs the flour, one puts the milk and butter in.
