Leeds United\u2019s<\/a> opening fixture against Everton<\/a> will see both sides in the midst of drastic overhauls for different reasons, and David Moyes has big spending planned right now.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daniel Farke\u2019s comments post-Villarreal<\/a> depict a man well aware that he needs much more in the transfer market before he can confidently say his side is geared up for a survival bid.<\/p>\n

Up first for Leeds are another side that are also some way off having a \u2018complete\u2019 squad, David Moyes\u2019 Everton.<\/p>\n

Everton manager David Moyes makes parallel transfer comment to Leeds United\u2019s Daniel Farke<\/p>\n

Farke made it clear that his attack is currently not of the standard required to survive in the Premier League, and with a fortnight between now and Leeds\u2019 clash with Everton, action is of course required.<\/p>\n

Both Moyes and Farke have laid down the line with wanting signings through the doors soon, and the Everton boss could get his wish soon, particularly higher up the pitch in support of Iliman Ndiaye, Beto and co.<\/p>\n

A third bid has been lodged for Southampton\u2019s teenage starlet Tyler Dibling amounting to \u00a340million<\/a> including add-ons, with other reports sharing that<\/a> the Toffees are aiming to secure an agreement soon with the Saints.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, talks have progressed for Everton to sign Chelsea fringe player Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall on a permanent deal, as Fabrizio Romano<\/a> reveals an agreement with the Blues for the attacking midfielder on a \u00a329million overall sum:<\/p>\n

Dewsbury-Hall\u2019s move to Everton would see him rekindle his self-made rivalry with Leeds<\/a>, having gone on the wind-up as Leicester won promotion ahead of the Whites in April 2024, as he then left Leicester before their abysmal relegation.<\/p>\n

Off the back of Thierno Barry arriving from Villarreal for \u00a327million<\/a>, Everton could boast a new look attack when they travel to LS11 on August 18th, and their progress towards \u00a369million of further signings should have Leeds taking note as Farke assesses his plans for the start to next season.<\/p>\n
