These steps form part of the company&#8217;s broader strategy to foster a more inclusive workplace culture.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>The business &#8211; which employs 8,000 people &#8211; is currently focusing on integrating individuals distant from the labour market and promoting gender equality in leadership roles. Efforts to improve work-life balance include mobile working without prior approval, part-time roles for managers and access to health services such as mental health coaching.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our measures are aimed at supporting the realities of our employees&#8217; lives while taking into account the demands of our industry,&#8221; said Sylke Sergel, chief people &amp; culture officer. &#8220;This includes not only allowing difference but using it in a targeted manner.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>To monitor progress, Vebego uses a range of HR tools and conducts regular employee feedback surveys. The company also participates in high-profile events such as Pride Month and the Corporate Diversity Summit to signal its stance both internally and externally.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>These initiatives form part of an ongoing strategy to embed diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within the company&#8217;s operations.
