{"id":319719,"date":"2025-08-05T11:47:09","date_gmt":"2025-08-05T11:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/319719\/"},"modified":"2025-08-05T11:47:09","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T11:47:09","slug":"last-chance-display-of-giant-gromits-to-be-held-at-cribbs-causeway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/319719\/","title":{"rendered":"Last-chance display of giant Gromits to be held at Cribbs Causeway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">This is the third Gromit Unleashed trail \u2013 the first was unveiled in 2013. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The trails have raised more than \u00a320m for The Grand Appeal to date, thanks to auction sales and donations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Nicola Masters, director of The Grand Appeal, said: &#8220;It&#8217;s the one and only time to see all 53 large sculptures together before they go off to auction.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">She told BBC Radio Bristol that 100 Norbot sculptures painted by local pupils will also be displayed before returning to schools.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Four miniature Wallace, Gromit and Feathers McGraw artefacts, currently hidden within Bristol Museum &amp; Art Gallery, will also be on display.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;People are being incredibly generous when they&#8217;re out and about on the trail,&#8221; Ms Masters said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;It&#8217;s for a really serious cause.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"This is the third Gromit Unleashed trail \u2013 the first was unveiled in 2013.
