\n The North Somerset Council Parenting Team provides evidence-based parenting support for families with children aged 0\u201319, offering free advanced parenting groups and informal “Parenting Villages”\u00a0to help build relationships and community support.\u00a0\n <\/p>\n
\n This year\u2019s event focused on wellbeing and activities included painting, live music, shared meals, and opportunities for parents to talk and connect with one another.\u00a0\n <\/p>\n
\n Claire Shiels, Director for Children\u2019s Services at North Somerset Council, said: \u201cIt was fantastic to attend the Parenting Celebration Event and to hear the powerful, personal stories shared by families. \u00a0\n <\/p>\n
\n \u201cI was truly humbled by the courage and commitment parents show every day to support their children and one another.\u00a0\n <\/p>\n
\n \u201cEvents like this remind us why wellbeing, connection and community must remain at the heart of everything we do. \u00a0\n <\/p>\n
