Ben Doak<\/a> is wanted by a host of Premier League<\/a> clubs as the Liverpool winger awaits a decision over his future, having impressed so far in pre-season.<\/b><\/p>\n

While it is not guaranteed that Doak will leave Liverpool this summer, it seems likely \u2013 and the Scot is not short of interest.<\/p>\n

Journalist David Lynch, whose work can be found on Substack<\/a>, has revealed in a post on X<\/a> that both Wolves<\/a> and West Ham<\/a> have joined the list of clubs considering a permanent offer.<\/p>\n

This comes following bids from Ipswich<\/a> and Crystal Palace<\/a> in January \u2013 both turned down, but with the latter maintaining their interest \u2013 and overtures from Nottingham Forest<\/a> and Everton<\/a> already this summer.<\/p>\n

Bournemouth<\/a>, Brentford<\/a> and PSV Eindhoven have also been named as suitors while Doak is reported to be on the radar of clubs in Spain.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Liverpool could find themselves in a strong position if it comes to negotiating a sale, having rejected bids worth \u00a315 million and \u00a316 million in the winter window.<\/p>\n

The champions are said to value their No. 50 at closer to \u00a330 million, and if multiple clubs come to the table for a deal within the next month they could be confident of achieving that figure.<\/p>\n

It could be argued that Doak should be kept as part of Arne Slot<\/a>\u2018s first-team squad, particularly given his potential and how comfortable he already looks operating in a top-level side.<\/p>\n

He has produced a number of promising displays in Liverpool\u2019s warmup schedule this summer, not least in Monday\u2019s 4-1 win over Athletic Club at Anfield.<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old played a key role in setting up the second goal of the evening before firing in the third via the palms of goalkeeper Unai Simon.<\/p>\n

But starting as part of a second-string side in the first of two friendlies, his position in the squad is clear \u2013 finding himself firmly behind Mohamed Salah<\/a> in the pecking order.<\/p>\n

There remains a sense that, unlike Rio Ngumoha<\/a> on the left, Doak is more on the periphery in the considerations of Liverpool\u2019s head coach.<\/p>\n

Liverpool will be aware that, having joined as a youth player, any money brought in with Doak\u2019s sale would resemble pure profit on their books, as was the case with deals for Trent Alexander-Arnold<\/a>, Caoimhin Kelleher<\/a>, Jarell Quansah<\/a> and Nat Phillips<\/a>.<\/p>\n
