Armagh captain Aidan Forker, who recently joined CPS Property, lifts the Sam Maguire Cup at the All-Ireland Final last year after defeating Galway<\/p>\n

An estate agency based in Armagh has made its first venture into the north-west with the acquisition of a practice in Londonderry.<\/p>\n

CPS Property Group said it was now expanding to serve Derry with the acquisition of Donnybrook Estate Agents in the city. <\/p>\n

The Armagh firm, founded by director Art O\u2019Hagan, described the deal as a \u201csignificant milestone in our shared growth\u201d. <\/p>\n

Donnybrook Estate Agents was founded in 1997 by Stephen and Ciara McCarron.<\/p>\n

Mr O\u2019Hagan said: \u201cWe are incredibly excited to welcome Donnybrook Estate Agents into the CPS Property family.<\/p>\n

\u201cStephen and Ciara have built a fantastic business with a deep-rooted reputation for excellence in the Derry\/L\u2019Derry market.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis collaboration is a natural progression of our services and a testament to our confidence in the region\u2019s potential.<\/p>\n

“We look forward to working together to serve the people of Derry\/L\u2019Derry with the highest level of service.\u201d<\/p>\n

As part of the deal, Mr McCarron has been given the new role of land and new homes director within the CPS Group. <\/p>\n

CPS Property Group describes itself as \u201cNorthern Ireland\u2019s largest geographically spread real estate agency\u201d.<\/p>\n

It was set up by Mr O\u2019Hagan in 1987, with his sons Eoin and Shane O\u2019Hagan later joining the business.<\/p>\n

Last month, CPS Property announced the hiring of Armagh GAA football captain Aidan Forker, who led the team to All-Ireland victory in 2024, as business development manager. <\/p>\n
